Homeschool Records Workbook: Attendance Tracker, Portfolio Log, GPA and State Rules (Excel / Google Sheets)
One spreadsheet for the whole homeschool year.

What it does
One spreadsheet for the whole homeschool year. Log attendance one row per student per day, and the workbook counts days, hours and months for up to four students, checks them against your state's instruction minimum (New York, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Florida, Texas, Colorado, or a custom rule), and shows what you still need. Keep a dated portfolio log with reading titles and work samples, enter high school courses to get weighted and unweighted GPA by grade level and overall, and track each state filing as Not started, In progress or Filed. The state rules are quoted from the statutes, regulations and education department guides with citations and a checked date, so you can see the exact wording your tracker is measuring against. Plain formulas, no macros, for Excel, Google Sheets and LibreOffice (Apple Numbers opens it, but the drop-downs and highlighting may not carry over). Includes a filled-in example copy so you can see it working before you type a thing. A records aid, not legal advice.
